Two Planners. One Vision

S|A Events was founded in 2025 by best friends Shantel and Amanda—two Type A planners with over 
20 years of friendship and a shared passion for planning unforgettable events. After years of being the 
go-to planners for everyone around us, we decided to officially turn what we love into a business.

Shantel brings valuable wedding industry insight from her background as a former professional 
makeup artist, giving her firsthand experience with bridal timelines, vendor coordination, and the 
behind-the-scenes details that make wedding days flow seamlessly. Amanda brings a strong 
corporate foundation through her career in Human Resources, offering exceptional organization, 
communication, and people-management skills.

We balance each other perfectly—creativity meets structure, vision meets execution. Together, we 
create stress-free, personalized weddings and events that are fun, thoughtful, and flawlessly planned.
