event experience. Each package offers a different level of support while allowing flexibility
through custom add-ons.
Please note: Each package includes two planners on site. Décor setup and breakdown are not
included in any package and may be added on separately.
Day-Of Coordination
Starting at $1,400 | Includes up to 8 hours of service
Ideal for couples who have planned their wedding and want a professional to manage logistics and
execution in the final weeks.

Partial Planning
Starting at $2,000 | Includes up to 10 hours of service

without full-service support.

Full-Service Planning
Starting at $6,000 | Includes up to 12 hours of service
A comprehensive planning experience for couples seeking hands-on support from engagement
through the wedding day.
• Complete planning from start to finish
• Budget creation and ongoing management
• Vendor sourcing, booking assistance, and contract oversight
• Design guidance and event styling support
• Custom logistics planning and timelines
• Rehearsal coordination
• Up to 8 hours of on-site coordination
Optional Add-On Services
• Décor setup - Basic (menu cards, welcome sign, escort cards) - Starts at $350, Enhanced (multiple areas,
multiple signage, table clothes, centerpieces, table numbers) - Starts at $500, Premium (All Items) - Starts at $800

• Basic ceremony rehearsal - $150
• Additional on-site coordination hours - $75 an hour

Travel fees may apply outside our primary service area. All packages are customizable.
